I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list. – Susan Sontag
When I was 21 I took my first trip to Europe. A stolen passport in Nice, a romance with a very handsome American Greek and a broken femur on the island of Corfu, and I was hooked on travel!
That first experience overseas changed the course of my life and launched a passion for travel that grows stronger every year. I’ve been fortunate to have lived in Europe for almost two years and have traveled to almost 70 countries and all 50 states. Many of these trips have been solo adventures, and many have revolved around volunteering. The thing I’m most proud of is that I’ve also run a marathon in all 50 states and 4 continents!
I knew my travel bug wasn’t going to go away, so in the 90’s I became a travel agent. It was fun, and the perks were fantastic. I loved being able to hop on a plane for next to nothing for a fun weekend! After a break to raise my daughter I’ve returned to the travel business with an emphasis on women’s travel. I’m so happy to be back in the business I love and excited to share my expertise, advice and detailed insights with YOU!
